📘 What is the SAT?
The SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) is a standardized exam administered by College Board, used for undergraduate admissions in the United States. Since 2024, the SAT is fully digital and adaptive, shorter than before (2 hours 14 minutes), and taken on Bluebook software. It tests Reading, Writing, and Math skills critical for college success.

The Digital SAT is adaptive — module 2 difficulty adjusts based on module 1 performance. Scored 400–1600.
Reading & Writing
⏱ 64 Minutes · 54 Questions · Score: 200–800Two modules. Tests comprehension of short passages (literature, social science, science). Includes craft and structure, expression of ideas, and standard English conventions.
Math
⏱ 70 Minutes · 44 Questions · Score: 200–800Two modules. Algebra, advanced math, problem solving and data analysis, geometry, and trigonometry. Calculator allowed throughout. Includes both MCQ and student-produced response questions.
Digital Adaptive
⏱ Computer-Adaptive by ModuleEach section has 2 modules. Performance in Module 1 determines the difficulty of Module 2. Harder Module 2 = potential for higher score. Easier Module 2 = capped at a lower range.
Built-in Calculator
